Freephone 0800 132 737

Calls to the helpline are confidential and you do not need to give any personal details to obtain help or information.

Calls are free and do not appear on itemised telephone bills.

The trained staff will listen to your problems or difficulties and provide information that may help - if that is appropriate.

General information is available about mental health / illness, symptoms, treatments and mental health law as well as a variety of other services.

We offer support through listening to those callers who feel the need to talk over their experiences and feelings.

Sometimes you may just need someone to talk to.

Why is C.A.L.L. needed?

Users of mental health services in the Community identified a need for an out of hours service for anyone coping with mental illness, this includes sufferers relatives and friends.  The Helpline is a user led initiative.

Healthy Friendships is a wonderful organisation made up of lovely people.
